Challenges
Given the significant increase in unemployment linked to the current economic crisis, the challenge is to make this project a vehicle for local development. During the construction phase, the challenge is, therefore, to allow the workforce and local companies to play a significant role in the site. During the operational phase, the challenge is to develop skills so that all job requirements are met locally.
Regionally, the challenge is also to maintain and to develop excellence in Haute-Normandie, the leading French region in energy production.
